Joder,ya llevo un mes sin fallar(la verdad es que no me lo creo) y acabando con ganas.La verdad es que aun no hace el mes,porque empece el dia 5,pero bueno.
El balance es bastante bueno,ya que estpy consiguiendo lo que queria,que no era otra cosa que bajar de peso y hacer el cuerpo a entrenar todos(o casi) los dias.
En cifras serian las siguientes:
- Natacion: Unos 25000 metros(lo que hacen algunos a la semana.....)
- Bici: Unos 700 kilometros
- Carrera: Unos 100 kilometros
- Peso: 79,5 kilos (-4,5 )
Para el mes que viene ya he hablado con el mister y hemos preparado un mes parecido,metiendo alguna sesion de gimnasio y algo mas de bici(quien me conozca ya sabe que para mi es de lo mas importante en el triatlon).
A ver si con esto damos la sorpresa en el cross del Esparragal(que no entraba en mis planes,pero bueno...) y ganamos a los Pekabo.
